Une analyse de la position des professeurs d'universite´ dans la hie´rarchie des revenus prive´s au Que´bec?
Abstract
Cet article pre´sente une analyse de la re´mune´ration des professeurs d'universite´ et de son e´volution depuis 1972 au Que´bec. A l'aide de l'Enque^te sur les finances des consommateurs, les distributions du revenu prive´ des me´nages que´be´cois sont construites par cinquantiles pour certaines anne´es. En utilisant la re´mune´ration moyenne des professeurs d'universite´ ceux-ci sont situe´s dans la hie´rarchie des revenus et leur progression balise´e. Quelques remarques qualifient la position des professeurs d'universite´ qui apparaissent comme faisant partie des classes supe´rieures de revenu.
